About this role:
The AirWise team is engineering a “Blue” H520E drone airframe, which provides world-class Real Time Kinematics (RTK), hexacopter (6-blade) stabilization, and next-generation E/O optical photogrammetry. The team also develops advanced software applications that integrate with the H520E and others. Our mission is simplifying and automating enterprise drone use by developing a unified flight planning, fleet management, GBDAA, secure cloud data and advanced photogrammetry software platforms with teams located in Tulsa, OK, Seattle, WA and San Jose, CA.
In this Back-End Software Developer role, you will help develop the advanced encoded logic within AirWise software packages and work within the SW team requirements for technology implementation. You will work directly with supporting remote dev teams to develop the algorithms to unlock advanced UAV and UAV data set capabilities. You will develop SW infrastructures that make it safe and efficient for people to interact with AirWise SW. We are seeking candidates with a strong back-end pedigree who have experience with algorithmic development, Typescript, Linux, MapBox/AWS/Tableau development and general concepts of back-end/cybersecurity algorithm design.
Basic requirements:
- Prior working experience in a relevant field, preferably as a Software Engineer (3+ years of experience)
- Portfolio of completed back-end projects or team participation in successful back-end projects
- Proven experience with establishing algorithms on complex systems, or complex data set(s)
- Familiarity with integrating cross-platform SW logic, encoding and algorithms
- Proven proficiency in server side languages such as Typescript
- General proficiency with client side languages such as Typescript, REACT
- Adaptability to create efficient and powerful algorithms to support cloud data and data tracking
- Ability to excel and multitask in a fast paced work environment
Preferred requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineer (SE) or Computer Science (CS) or other closely related field (or equivalent 4 year degree)
- Experience with UAV or other robotic systems or projects
- Experience with MapBox SW (highly preferred)

About the role:
As a Sales Manager for Channels at AirWise, you will be a primary driver of landing and expanding our business into small enterprise accounts and public safety accounts through channels. You will actively qualify channels as value-added resellers and build a strong understanding of potential customers’ businesses to effectively communicate AirWise’s end-to-end value proposition that enables channels to close deals. You will work closely with our internal product and marketing teams to hone our target solutions and manage the full channel sales cycle from signing up, exceeding quotas, and expanding both the channels, as well as AirWise Solutions businesses.
- Consistently meet and exceed quota goals
- Identify and onboard new channels to expand AirWise Solutions business in its target markets
- Prioritize your high propensity channels and develop an engagement strategy for each channel to identify key contacts, accounts, and close deals

About the role:
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Solutions sales Engineer to lead technical discovery and implementation with our enterprise customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and demonstrating the features of the AirWise Solutions platform to win deals and expand existing accounts. You will also play a key role in our product and sales teams to understand customer requirements and help to build new features based on customer feedback gathered from the field. This position will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales functions to deliver industry-leading solutions using drones to deliver actionable data in our target markets to key decision-makers.
- Drive AirWise Solution’s understanding of customer requirements, identify customer key metrics of success for; and conduct Proofs-of-Concept, (POCs) and relevant field trials
- Prepare and conduct all aspects of system demonstrations including independently setting up developmental equipment, operating/trouble-shooting the system, and presenting its values to customers and partners
- Lead all aspects of system validation and customer implementations to ensure successful deployment
- Provide subject matter expertise in key industries such as construction, mining, inspection, or public safety (police, fire, and/or search and rescue)
- Support business development through technical writing for RFIs and RFPs
- Support product roadmap definition and requirements by acting as an SME and “voice of the customer” for enterprise customers
- General support of go-to-market & business activities as required
Requirements:
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Extensive experience in drones
- Photogrammetry, GIS, and analytics experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills to audiences of all levels
