David is a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial C-level executive and seasoned board director who has helped to build and grow companies in the B2B software/SaaS space, including Microsoft (where David helped to create Windows NT, MSN, and Slate), IBM, Verizon, The Weather Company, INRIX, LoudEye, and OCS. In addition to AirWise, David is co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of geospatial solutions provider Signal4D, and Chairman of Methane Signals Corp. David is deeply committed to his community, serving in a variety of not-for-profit capacities. David has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Russian and MBA (Tuck School) from Dartmouth College.

Nathan has 10 years of experience in the UAS industry and over 20 years of experience in strategy and operations at Fortune 500 companies globally. Nathan co-founded UASidekick to meet the needs of early-adopter drone pilots to fly safely and to obtain controlled airspace authorization quickly and easily. After the acquisition of UASidekick by AirWise Solutions, Nathan is now EVP of Strategic Partnerships and UTM at AirWise, where he continues his passion for enabling safe and inclusive airspace. Nathan was educated at Brown University, Georgetown University and the Institute of d’Etudes Politiques and is certified in as an FAA Part 61 Private Pilot, FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, USPA Skydiver and USPPA Power Paraglider. He is an original member of the FAA Unmanned Aircraft Safety Team (Drone Safety Team), NASA’s UTM Data Exchange Working Group, the FAA UAS in Controlled Airspace Aviation Rulemaking Committee (ARC), SIA Public Safety and Autonomous Security Robotics Working Groups.
